  • FAMILY CAMPOUT NOW FULL! WAITING LIST ONLY! - Families, come join us for a campout just 2 1/2 hours pass Vegas as we visit Zion National Park in Utah. Dates are Thursday, September 10 - Sunday, September 13. It's going to be a great time to get away with other families as we check off the bucket list with amazing hikes and scenic views inside the National Park. Cost is $235 per family of 6 and $135 for a family of 2. Also included in the trip is six meals but you will have to provide your own lunch and snacks.   • COME LET US WORSHIP WITH GABE VELASQUEZ & BAND - You are invited to come out and spend a night to worship The Lord on Friday, October 2 at 7pm. Gabe Velasquez & Band will lead us in worship, communion & prayer will be available.
  • LOVE LIFE PRAYER WALK - Come out and walk along side us as we gather together to pray for the pre-born. Our prayer walk is held every third Saturday of the month at 753 S La Verne Ave, East Los Angeles and begins at 9:00am. All ages welcome to participate.

  • CHILDREN'S MINISTRY - Is your heart being stirred to serve in our Children's Ministry? Come be blessed in our Special Needs Class. No experience necessary. All training will be provided. Pick up a Ministry Questionnaire at the Main Office.
  • PARKING MINISTRY - Have you been attending The Ark for more than six months now and have been praying about serving? Parking Ministry is looking for helpers with a heart to serve and are interested, please fill out a Ministry Questionnaire and return it to the Main Office.
  • YOUTH MINISTRY - Do you want to make a lasting impact on the next generation? Do you have a heart for teenagers? Pray about serving in Jr. High or High School Ministry! Fill out a Ministry Questionnaire today!

BEREAVEMENT: HOPE IN CHRIST
  • MINISTRY FOR THOSE COPING WITH LOSS - This group will help with lots of prayer and scriptures to learn the process of grieving with the seasons that will come with lots of emotions and feeling. We will walk the Scriptures with you and how God can use this season of life to be able to help other people with the strength He has given to these who have gone through the experience of death. If more support is needed privately, please contact our Main Office. We meet every last Friday of the month at 7:00pm.

BIBLE STUDIES
  • TUESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY: BACK TO BASICS: THE BOOK OF GENESIS - This class is intended to help us have a better understand the Book of Genesis. Our interactive class welcomes your questions. Come learn and have fun!
  • FRIDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY: EQUIPPING THE SAINTS: THE  EPISTLES OF PAUL - Our Friday night class studying the Epistles of Paul meets in Children's Worship Area from 7:00 - 8:30pm. Open to anyone 16 years and older.
  • SPANISH SERVICE - Bring your Spanish speaking family and friends to our interactive Estudio Biblico en Español. We are going through the Book of Revelation every Friday at 7:00pm. We will study the Book of Revelation. You can watch our study live on The Ark Montebello's Facebook Live. Este estudio bíblico está diseñado para que pueda interactuar con el maestro (Preguntas y respuestas: Preguntas y respuestas).   • SENIOR SON RISE BIBLE STUDY - Our objective is to reach out, support and encourage our older adults, stirring their gifts through worship, God's Word, prayer and fellowship. Sweets, coffee and water will be provided. We meet at 10:00am here at The Ark, every last Friday of the month.

BARNABAS MINISTRY
  • SEPARATED & DIVORCED MEN - This is a support group from men that are suffering from separation issues. Every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30pm.

  • FELLOWSHIP FOR 26-35 YEAR OLDS - Join us as we gather and connect with everyone ages 26-35 years old. Meeting every other Friday at The Ark. For more info, follow us on Instagram @connect_theark!

ROOTED: COLLEGE AGE GROUP
  • GATHERINGS FOR 18-25 YEAR OLDS - Are you 18-25 years old and looking to connect with others your age at The Ark? You do not have to be attending college to attend! FMO: MEN'S MINISTRY
  • SUMMER SERIES - Fellas, come join us this summer for some time connecting with other men and being encouraged in the Word. Get in and out before your Saturday gets going from 8:00am - 9:30am. Bring your young sons or invite a friend. Saturdays through August 29.
  • MEN'S CONFERENCE - Fellas, come join us on Saturday, August 29th as we culminate our brotherhood summer series with our Men’s Conference. Round up the men in your circle and sign up to join us that Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Cost is $20 and includes a continental breakfast and a superb lunch. Hope you can join us!   • RESTORED: A SEXUAL INTEGRITY CLASS & SUPPORT GROUP FOR MEN - Restored is a men's support group and class designed to help men heal from sexual brokenness. We meet every Tuesday at 7:00pm here at The Ark Montebello and seek to provide an honest and safe environment for men to share their struggles. We aim to help men break free from the chains of sexual bondage so we can be healthy men for our families, church and community. We will accomplish this by using The Bible as our guide and The Seven Pillars of Freedom workbook, which is a proven curriculum designed to help men with sexual struggles.

MARRIAGE MINISTRY
  • ONE ANOTHER MARRIAGE SERIES - Come join us for a marriage study to learn how to love, serve, one another and more on Friday, August 14 at 7pm. We will have worship, devotional and a time of fellowship with coffee and pastries. Cost is $10 per couple. Register here today!
  • EQUALLY YOKED CLASS SERIES - The Lord's desire is for all of His followers to be taught God’s way and to be helped to serve him with an undivided heart. The scripture from Psalm 86:11 "Teach me Your way, O Lord; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your name." captures the class goal perfectly. For those that are thinking of getting married, are married or have been married before, or maybe simply getting to know that special someone. This class will help you understand God's standard for relationships in the Lord by uniting you to to Him. Class begins September 19 at 9:00am - 12 noon in Building 3 and runs through October 17. Doors will open at 8:30am. Cost is $10.00 and registration is here online only. 
  • SADIE HAWKINS HOEDOWN FOR MARRIED & ENGAGED COUPLES - Saddle up with that special someone and sign up for the Sadie Hawkins Hoedown on Saturday, October 24 from 10:30am - 1:30pm in Building 2. A delicious BBQ lunch awaits you. God's Word, fun and fellowship galore! Cost is only $45 per couple. Registration open soon, so check back often! See y'all there! Giddy up now & register here today!
  • TABLE TALK: MARITAL SUPPORT GROUP - Whether you are having marital issues or not, we invite you to an evening of conversation among newly and seasoned and married couples. We meet on the last Monday of every other month at 7:00pm. Our next meeting will be held on Monday, July 27 in Children's Lounge.
  • PRE-MARITAL CLASSES - Couples, have you been attending The Ark for 9 months regularly as a couple and are planning to get married or renew your vows? If The Ark Montebello is the home church for the both of you and you would like to get married or renew your vows here, please call our Main Office at 323-724-8464 and leave your name and phone number so we can contact you regarding pre and post marital resources at The Ark Montebello.

PRAYER
  • MONTHLY PRAYER & FASTING - Would you like to join us in our monthly meeting of prayer and fasting? It’s a time to lift up our burdens to the Lord, pray, worship, anoint with oil those that are sick, and have communion together as a family. When should you start fasting? It’s totally up to you! You can fast one, two, or seven days before Friday, August 14 at 6:30pm but we will end our fasting on this evening by having communion. These nights are held every second Friday of each month.
  • MOMS IN PRAYER - Inviting and welcoming ALL mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters to have a profound impact on your children and their schools. Enjoy a time of fellowship, prayer, and engagement for our children over the phone every Saturday from 9:00-10:00am. Call 323-253-1219 to join our prayer.

QUENCH
  • A PLACE FOR THOSE STRUGGLING WITH ADDICTION - We are a fellowship of men and women who, through the power of Jesus, seek freedom from the sin we call addiction. We believe a person can be freed from this bondage through the power of God’s indwelling Holy Spirit and the application of His Word to our lives. Held every Friday at 7:00pm. Must be 18 and over.

SENIOR SONRISE MINISTRY
  • MONTHLY PRAYER WALK - Walk, Talk and Pray at the Shops at Montebello with us on Wednesday, August 12 at 9:00am. Let's share the love of Christ with others at our local mall!
  • MONTHLY BIBLE STUDY - Every last Friday of the month (with exception of holidays). Our objective is to reach out, support and encourage our older adults, stirring their gifts through worship, God's Word, prayer and fellowship. Our next meeting will be held here at The Ark on August 28 at 10:00am.

TRAIL LIFE USA
  • FOR BOYS 5-18 YEARS OLD  - Troop CA-1992 meets every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month, here at The Ark  from 6:30-8:30pm and plans on meeting every 3rd Saturday of the month(although it varies) to hit the trail. We welcome you and your son to come check it out and connect with us anytime to see if our troop is a fit for you. Trail Life is a fun, Christ-centered, scout like discipleship program for boys 5-17yrs of age, meeting every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month and going out on trips once a month. The mission of Trail Life is to guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure. 

WOMEN'S MINISTRY
  • FRESH START - . Disciplines of a healthy lifestyle: Health & wellness; Meal prepping / ingredients; Exercise. Come be encouraged by other women trying to accomplish goals to curb weight while gaining more hunger for Christ. Women ages 12+. This is not a diet, it is a journey to healthier lifestyle! July 13 - August 17 at 6:30pm.
  • LET'S TALK: COFFEE WITH JESUS - Real Women, Real Conversation. August 15.
  • EMBRACE HER (FOR SEPARATED OR DIVORCED WOMEN) - Embrace Her is a ministry where you'll find a community of women who come alongside you as you find healing in the midst of separation or divorce through God's Word. Meetings take place at The Ark Montebello on the 2nd Friday of the month. Upcoming date: August14.
  • TIMES OF REFRESHING - Ladies, join us for devotions in God's Word followed by group discussion and prayer. Come and be refreshed in the Lord every last Tuesday of the month at 10:00am.
  • WOMEN'S SUPPORT GROUP - Women's Support Group at The Ark provides a haven for women who are in need of prayer and Biblical advice. No cost or sign up necessary. We meet on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30pm. If you cannot attend in person, we also offer Zoom meeting at 6:00pm (call us at 626-786-4472 for details).

YOUTH MINISTRY
  • HIGH SCHOOL BEACH DAY -  Hey High Schoolers! You're invited to join us for a Beach Day right after church on Sunday, August 2 at 1:30pm! We're heading out to Huntington Beach for a full day of sun, sand and fun! Here's what's going down: Bonfire and Fellowship, light snacks will e provided. Lunch stop at In-n-Out (bring money). Time to hang out, swim, and make memories. Cost is $5.00. Grab your friends, bring your beach gear, and don't forget money for lunch--we'll see you there! It's going to be a great day! GRADUATED 8th Graders: Please join us as this will be your first official high school outing! GRADUATED SENIORS: Please join us as this will be your farewell send off!
  • 8TH GRAGER GAME NIGHT - This will be a game night in the cafe for all 8th Graders going into High School. Pizza will be provided and we'll have a devotional. Cost is $7 per person. Register here today!
  • YOUTH MINISTRY SUNDAYS - Jr High & High Schoolers, come join us for our verse by verse study thru the Book of 2 Corinthians on Sunday mornings. Bring a friend!
